Energy Awareness and Body Dialogue + The Light and the Eagle

Updated: Oct 15

(A reflection for Astarte Careness clients)

Every emotion leaves a trace in the body. When we hold back a feeling—grief, fear, anger, or even joy—the body keeps it for us until we are ready to listen.Sometimes it speaks through tiredness or tension, sometimes through pain that has no clear physical cause.Learning to listen to those signals is the beginning of release.

Awareness

ree

Begin by pausing.

Notice where your body feels heavy, tight, or restless.

Instead of asking why does this hurt?, ask what might this part of me want to say?

The question opens a quiet inner space where emotion can move again.

Dialogue

You can communicate with the body through words, images, or simple thought.

Imagine sending warmth, colour, or breath toward the place that hurts.

Offer it understanding rather than resistance.

This small act of kindness often softens the body’s voice from pain into ease.

Energy and Intention

Many people sense that the body’s energy responds to attention.

Gemstones, touch, or breathing exercises can serve as reminders of balance—symbols that focus your intention on healing.

They work not through force, but through awareness and care

Integration

Afterward, take a few grounding breaths.

Feel your feet on the floor, your body supported by the chair or the earth.

Let gratitude settle in: for the body that speaks, and for the self that listens.

The Light and the Eagle

The Light and the Eagle

by Astarte Careness

Some people sense the world differently. From an early age I have felt as though I live between heaven and earth — aware of the invisible thread that connects all living things. I see each person as energy in motion, shaped by experiences, thoughts, and unspoken feelings. My role as a counsellor is to help that energy flow freely again.

The eagle has always been my symbol. It rises above storms, sees clearly from great height, and moves through light rather than shadow. Each movement of its wings leaves a trace of stardust — a reminder that every act of understanding, every moment of compassion, leaves a trail of light behind us.

In my sessions, the same principle guides me.When we open space for awareness, people often rediscover their own light — the part of them that was never broken, only hidden. Whether through conversation, mindfulness, or simple presence, healing begins when we reconnect the human heart with its higher frequency — the quiet wisdom that belongs to all of us.

Astarte Careness was created to hold that space:to bring clarity where there is confusion, calm where there is pain, and reconnection where the soul has gone silent. It is counseling anchored on earth yet open to the sky — where light meets life, and the eagle still soars.
